Mrs. Isil iLHAN, who successfully graduated from Ege University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Food Engineering in English, started her business life as follows:
- She started working as a ‘Food Engineer’ in a chocolate production factory in the Aegean Free Zone,

..which has proven its size & quality in its sector on domestic & international platforms:
- She increased her experience as ‘Logistics & International Marketing Officer’ in the export department of an Izmir-based bolt & nut manufacturer.

Mrs. Isil, who got married in 2008;
She continues her business life as ‘Chief Financial & Talent Officer/C.F.O.-C.T.O & Vice President’ of B.iLHAN Group of Companies, which their owns together with her life partner & business partner Mr. Beytullah İLHAN.
Mrs. Isil, who speaks English fluently, was born on June 4th & is a Gemini. She has married & has a son named SeNeR.
